What is your return and exchange policy?

Personalised gifts: Due to the unique nature of personalised items (e.g., custom names, colours, or specific sizing), these products are difficult or impossible to resell. Therefore, all personalised orders are considered final sale, with no returns or exchanges accepted. We require digital approval of personalisation specifications before production. Once approved, the item becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation policy for personalised orders: We offer a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel any personalised orders.

Non-customised items: For non-customised items, we offer store credit or exchanges instead of refunds, provided the item is returned within 14 days in its original packaging and in unused condition. For any high-value items, a small restocking fee may apply to cover the time spent, materials used, re-packing, and re-listing.

Holiday return policy: We understand that busy periods like Christmas, Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day require more flexibility. During these times, our 14-day return window will be extended to 21 days for non-customised items.

What should I know about ordering personalised products?

For personalised products, we offer a 24-hour cancellation period from the time your order is placed. After this period, we do not accept returns or refunds, as explained in our detailed return policy. We will require digital proof of your approval before production begins to ensure your satisfaction with the design.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via bank transfer. All transactions are securely processed to protect your financial information.

Collect & Pay - This is a service we offer for customers happy to collect their products, but can only be arranged in advance via the contact us form. (Please note this service is not available for Any Personalised items)

Why has my personalised order been declined?

Although we strive to accommodate to every order, unfortunately at times of high demand or when experiencing a large back log of orders / enquiries we may have to decline. However if this is the case, at times we have been able to offer alternatives or put order requests on a list for future production. 

We apologise if this happens and hope that you understand we are a small family run business with only a handful of staff. 

What happens if im not happy with my order?
